Email Marketing Coordinator
After my internship with Midwest Tape, I was hired in February 2023 as an Email Marketing Coordinator. Within this role, I have been able to build, create, and send emails to patrons of hoopla! Depending on the content you borrow on hoopla and if subscribed to our subscription groups, it is my job to send you an email about content you are most interested in. There are subscription groups for Romance, Riveting, Christian, Young Adult, Comics, Watchlist, Women’s Fiction, Historical Fiction, Action and Adventure, Sci-Fi, and Wellness and depending on the content a patron borrows, they will receive an email accordingly. We also send to our patrons in Australia and New Zealand! Within my new role, I have also redesigned the email headers and spotlights within each of the emails to meet the newly implemented Brand Standards of the company.
